They are a breed to themselves. They go around in packs here, slapping tickets on anything with wheels.
and they are so good that they put their ticket in this plastic cover for the rain. First time i saw it in Scotland I couldn't believe it. Never saw that in France or Belgium..
what's the damage like? are they very expensive?
