Any initiatives to rebuild?
Wreck? I thought, on the portal, it was a construction site. I like the people in the picture as that gives the scene scale and something like this needs scale. It must have been huge.Abraham LincolnBrookville Daily Photo
lovely--i like the way you used the word "wreck" too but does this mean it isn't in use any longer? I'm guessing not.
I spent my childhood in Hove and knew this pier well - as well as the other one. Great to see Brighton again thru your eyes.
Whispers of ghosts. I thought i had heard that winter storms had pulled down this old peir? Must have been somewhere else. Glad I was wrong.
The old pier looks grand rain or shine does anyone have any tales to tell !
